1.
Exchange directly with other timeshare owners. It's fun, easy
and saves hundreds of dollars a year in banking and exchange
fees. Now you travel when and where you want,
not where the exchange company dictates.
2.
Rent directly. Don't allow your banked weeks to expire. Don't
allow the resort to rent your week. Resorts charge 50% of
the rental fee, you get only enough to pay your maintenance
and taxes, the average (2) bedroom unit rents for $1500 a
week. Make money on your investment!
3.
Sell directly. Don't pay $400 to $700 to list your timeshare.

Q1. What does
it cost to exchange or rent my timeshare?
A1. To complete your first listing
there is a onetime only processing fee of $129 for the lifetime
of your timeshare ownership.
Q2. What will
it cost to list a 2nd property for exchange or rental in the
future?
A2. Only $59 per listing.
Q3. How do
I exchange directly with other timeshare owners?
A3. By looking in the state or
country you wish to exchange to. There you will see owners
who wish to exchange to your resort area. E-mail those owners
and set up the exchange. Other owners will e-mail you.
PROTECTION: Each owner will send the confirmation to
us, with return self addressed, stamped envelopes. Timeshare
Direct will forward them to each party. Place the code# of
the exchange owner in the bottom right corner of the envelope
addressed to Timeshare Direct.
Q4. How do
I rent any timeshare?
A4. You will send to timeshare
Direct the resort confirmation in the renters name. We will
hold the confirmation until we receive a check from the renter.
We will then forward to each party. There will be a $79 charge
for processing.
EXAMPLE: If you rent a week for $1500, you will receive $1421.
*** All checks from renters must be certified or money orders
made out to Timeshare Direct.
Q5. How do
I sell my timeshare?
A5. Upon agreeing on a price,
we will direct both parties through a title company for your
protection.

***Buyer pays closing costs. There will be an additional $100
processing fee to list your property for sale.
EXAMPLE: If you list a week for exchange or rental, plus list
your property for sale, the cost will be $129 + $100= $229

***If you only list your property for sale the cost is only
$189 for up to one year.
Q6.Can I sell
my property and still rent or exchange my banked or unused
weeks?
A6. Yes, many people sell their
timeshare and still have (2) banked weeks plus this years
week . Renting those (3) weeks could bring you extra revenue
of over $4000.
You would also be able to exchange those weeks after your
property was sold.
Q7.
If I list my RCI or II banked week with you, then reserve
it at a resort, is there an additional charge to change the
listing?
A7. No, we will change your listing
at no charge.
We suggest that while your banked RCI or II week is listed
with us, that you reserve it at any resort in the world. This
will give you something concrete to place period after rent.
In the future just book a week at your own resort if you wish
to exchange or rent it.
Q8. Can I list
my timeshare for exchange and/or rental at the same time?
A8. Yes, and for the same $59.
No additional cost to list your property both ways. You can
accept the exchange or rental, whichever comes first.
Q9. If I already
have my timeshare listed for sale can I also list with Timeshare
Direct?
A9. Yes, It is not exclusive.
Also with the large traffic our site brings each month and
for a very small fee it would be to your advantage.
