We are a Pro-Active Aggressive Marketing company that reaches out to individuals who are staying at resorts for 7 days on exchanges, rentals-bonus weeks, but do not own at that resort- the same people the resorts will try to sell to. We notify these people before they leave home and arrive at the resort, that we have a unit or points for sale on the resale market.





WHY BUY A RESALE?

 
As with most purchases it comes down to money. If an individual is offended by the 15%-19% rates that the resorts charge and has good credit-we will finance the same loan under 10%.
 
Effects on Lower Financing
 
A $15,000 loan over 7 years at a rate of 9.5% with us compared to 15% at the resort will save the new buyer over $2,500.






EFFECTS ON SELLER

 
1- A buyer is more interested in the monthly payment than the price of the timeshare.
2- This is why our sellers receive a good price for their timeshare. There is no reason to drop the asking price if the buyer is saving substantially on financing.
